Biography
Khaled M. Alossi is the Founder and Program Lead of COGVATION. He is an airline captain and an active Part 121 Aircrew Program Designee (APD) on the Embraer E170 at a U.S. Part 121 regional carrier — meaning he sits inside the certification and evaluation process that Aircrew Cognitive Training is designed to strengthen, rather than observing it from outside as a consultant.
He is a U.S. Army veteran. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautics and a Master’s degree in Space Operations, both from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
His path bridges operational aviation airmanship, military leadership, and formal aeronautical and space-operations education — the combination behind COGVATION’s approach to training design. That combination is why COGVATION’s curricula start from what actually happens on a flight deck and a hangar floor, rather than from a generic corporate training template with aviation terms substituted in.
